• Manage and coordinate care for two to three moderately ill infants.

• Function in the role of resource nurse assisting central charge in daily unit activities.

• Developed and implemented classroom training and one- to- one training for all staff nurses on the electronic medical record (Epic)
• Collaborated and communicated with educators, Information Services and users to coordinate enhancements, resolve problems and improve operational quality.

• Collected patient specimens and data, including vital signs, input/output, finger sticks and other delegated tasks.
