I currently manage 20 staff. There are many facets to my role. My primary function to build a successful and harmonious team. This team will in turn meet monthly KPI’s, cross work with many coexisting departments, and provide valuable resources for our hospital partners within the community.
Additional valuable skills include: community outreach, extensive talent operating in Microsoft platforms, managing time management efficiently, meeting demanding deadlines, working flexible and varied hours as necessary to meet high demands, follow all regulating bodies both departmental and federally.
Lastly the customer experience is a top priority. Ensure employees engage with our customers to build relationship that encourage dedication to our organizations mission and values is vital to our success. I play a huge role and ensuring each member of my team nourishes, develops and grows their skills to provide an excellent service to the community and our donors.
