Registered Nurse

Assess, develop nursing NANDA approved diagnosis, plan of care, educate patient on plan of care, implement plan of care, evaluate if plan of care is working for patient, then if needed formulate and implement new plan of care.

Worked on Oncology unit with license to administer chemotherapy. Calculate dose of chemotherapy after physician ordered chemotherapy to see if it is in therapeutic range for patients. The pharmacist also calculated dose then before proceeding ensure all calculations were correct before proceeding with chemotherapy treatment.
