I am Healthcare professional with strong background. I believe I'm the best candidate for this Med-Surg position in an LTAC unit because I bring a strong combination of clinical experience, adaptability, and compassion that's essential for this unique environment. I understand the complexity of caring for medically fragile patients over extended stays-managing ventilators, wound care, complex medication regimens, and rehabilitation goals. My background in med-surg nursing has sharpened my critical thinking and time management skills, and I've learned how to stay calm and focused under pressure. I also prioritize patient-centered care, always taking time to build trust with both patients and their families, which is vital in long-term settings. I'm confident I can contribute positively to your team and support the high standards of care this unit is known for.
