Returned to Air Evac Lifeteam for a PRN position, currently working full time hours but with the flexibility that will allow for easily scheduling clinicals during pursuit of Master’s of Nursing- Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program

• Base lead flight nurse for UT Health East Texas AIR1 East at this Critical care HEMS program which is CAMTS accredited, located in Tyler TX, owned by UTHET level 1 trauma hospital
• Duties include scene flights and interfacility transfers with critical care patients requiring close monitoring, some patients on ventilators, requiring blood transfusion, multiple vasopressor infusions, devices including IMPELLA, balloon pump, and ECMO
• During my time here I completed 475 patient flights and advanced from individual contributor to a leader position within the first three years of employment
• As a base lead I was responsible for six employees and responsible for filling and documentation of narcotics at my base
• My last yearly review included an excellent rating from my supervisor

• Administered medications accurately and safely, reducing medication errors and adverse reactions.
