Promote and present online marketing strategies for business development in TEFL. Provide editorial and writing services, including Pure California and features for newsstand.

• Develop management protocols for diverse portfolios; work with contracted providers, develop effective cost-control strategies, and protect and preserve Association property.

• Manage the daily business of a portfolio of Association clients, work with contracted service providers and procure the resources to protect and preserve common property.

• Provide concierge-based services to a large-scale community and its sub-associations, and effectively manage additional multi-family and single-family clients.

• Develop community programs, write communications, plan and publicize events, and publish community newsletter.
