Nurse vaccinator at publicly grant funded mobile vaccination clinic program providing Covid, influenza and routine childhood immunizations to children in areas of highest need based on social vulnerability in King County. Team partners with school districts and community based organizations to provide on-site pediatric vaccinations at schools, district- wide vaccine events and at community based events.

As WIC nurse, served as obstetric coordinator with Swedish Family Medicine Physicians and co-breastfeeding coordinator in Maternity Support Services Clinic. Collaborated with team to link clients with Medicaid services, prenatal and newborn care with focus on infant feeding and breastfeeding support. As a field nurse, provided in-home care and health promotion for pregnant and post-partum clients and their infants. Responsible for care coordination and service referrals of low-income, non-English speaking populations to ensure adequate access to care and community resources. Participated in public health emergency preparedness mass vaccination drills.

Provided post-operative care of patients aged newborn through twenty-one years, status-post solid organ transplant and acute care of post-op cardiac surgery, cardiology, general surgery, urology, orthopedic, and otolaryngology patients with high level of
acuity. Participated in unit-based quality improvement committee

As a Charge nurse, was responsible for all staff and patients on high-risk labor and delivery unit including triage and coordination of high-risk transfers from other hospitals. Served as main preceptor for new graduate Registered Nurse for 3 months. As a Staff nurse, provided complete nursing care, triage, and assessment during labor and delivery of high-risk obstetric patients including care of high-risk antepartum and postpartum patients and care of healthy newborns, including circulating RN duties in operating room.
