Was totally in charge of Clinic. Setup, records, equipment, nursing duties. Worked solely with Dr. David Ruschhaupt from University of Chicago Medical Center, and Luries Childrens Hospital.

Total primary care of a pediatric intensive care patient. We had a 5 bed PICU. Working in both pediatric's and PICU units. Also occassionally being pulled to cover any pediatric patient that was being housed in the Neurology ICU. Assuming all care aspects.

Total primary nursing care of pediatric patients working in a modular set up with CNA's.

Was totally in charge of Clinic. Working with Dr. G. Phillips from Loyola Medical Center. Was held twice monthly. Did records, set up of physical clinic. Total patient care and nursing responsibilities. All paperwork. Ordering and equipment.

• Total primary care of pediatric patients in a team leading format working with CNA's.

• Became Assistant manager and working day shift, was working closely with our manager on day to day operations of our unit. Did all scheduling of personnel. Worked on pediatric unit as Charge nurse, working closely with Physicians.
• We worked to open a 4 bed Pediatrics Special Care Area to our unit. New equipment, and training of staff.
