I am seeking a flexible, virtual practicum opportunity to fulfill 80 hours of credit required for a Master's in Counseling Psychology during the fall of 2024. With 13 years of experience as a secondary education teacher, skills are present in working with teens, including empathy, active listening, and evaluative abilities. Additionally, a 40-hour practicum was completed at Greenville Mental Health Center in the summer of 2023, where observations were held and interactions with clients in group therapy sessions took place. This experience has deepened my understanding of therapeutic processes and strengthened my commitment to pursuing a career in mental health counseling. I am eager to further develop my practical skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
