· Travel to multiple manufacturing facilities in the US and Canada for initial assessment on the technologies as well as the project implementation in the later months

· Create critical path/ project plan with each manufacturing facility and system integrators to optimize deployment structure

· Monitor production line parameters to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality to reduce/eliminate product waste

· Responsible for ordering and tracking components for internal plant use, and outsource components to support other plants when required
