Review and evaluate Desktop Underwriter (DU) findings, credit reports, preliminary title reports, flood certifications, appraisals, and income and asset documentation prior to forwarding the file to the underwriter.
General knowledge of investor guidelines and how to proactively identify when documentation will not suffice
Prioritize workload to manage timely submission of loan files to underwriting; track files to meet all expected closing dates. Maintain communication with Loan Officers and loan officer assistants and management regarding the status of the loan process

Maintain a strong knowledge of guidelines for VA, FHA and conventional loan products.

Work closely with Loan officer assistant through funding on any items needed to close loans
