· Led the product strategy and managed the global roadmap for self-service and automation solutions for businesses in Amazon’s Transparency program. Transparency is a serialization service that protects brands and customers from counterfeit products.
· Achieved a 20% improvement in FTE utilization through self-service and automation features (Director level goal).
· Designed systems that enabled 95% of accounts and 90% of products to be self-enrolled, and reduced onboarding time by 40% for businesses.
· Led the first integration of brands with our serial number API, increasing units enrolled from 69% to 100% (+18.6M units) for participating brands.
· Led the product strategy and managed the global roadmap for post purchase engagement. My charter was to make it easier for customers to track and engage with their orders and discover related products.
· Secured approval from Executive Leadership for a 3 year gift delivery vision, which included designing the ‘Share Tracking’ experience on the Amazon app which drove a $3.6M reduction in customer contacts and $10M in incremental revenue.
· Exceeded a Director-level revenue goal by 21% through introducing new experiences that increased sales and customer engagement from the post purchase experience.
· Led the product strategy and managed the global roadmap for Amazons retail Transactional Notifications (email, push notifications and SMS). These experiences reached millions of customers and included order, shipment, delivery and payment notifications.
· Introduced the first mobile redesign of Amazon’s core transactional emails which drove a $1.2M reduction in customer contacts and higher click through rates (+18.6%)
· Launched the first rich push notification for Amazon (‘photo on delivery’) which enabled customers to see where their package was delivered for the first time.
· Redesigned Amazon’s transactional push notifications (IOS/Android) which also enabled all marketing teams to use this new template, driving higher customer engagement.
· Managed the global roadmap for Amazon’s transactional email.
· Presented a product strategy to the Amazon S team (Jeff Wilke) and secured approval on the proposal. This was in response to top-down Executive Leadership request.
· Led email redesign and migration efforts which resulted in a reduction in a ~$1M reduction in customer contacts.
