Scanned, priced and tagged all merchandise. Followed all safety rules and regulations, kept work area clean. Stacked and packed finished merchandise onto pallets. Scanned and counted merchandise and placed into a bin and place it on the conveyor to be distributed through out the warehouse for shipping.

• Assemble (5 mm and/or 7 mm) aluminum coils together with hairpin. Get the right equipment (end plates and hairpins) to be used to lace coils. Places laced coils on a cart or carts to be taken to the braze line dept. Help co-workers, if they need help lacing or placing finished coils on the carts.

• Fire Watch-Made sure the contractor worked in a safe manner. Be aware of all sparks that may start a potential fire. Stay 30 mins after job was complete and water down the area. Made certain there wasn't anything smoldering.
• Hole Watch-Kept accountability of the person or persons entering into and existing the confined space. Keep eye contact on workers, if possible, and if there was an emergency, I would sound my horn to get everyone out of the confined space and barricade the hole.

• Monitor cobra system, checking gauges to make sure it was working properly. Walking the line checking the manifolds to insure there are no leaks, and they are working properly as well. Keeping accountability of the manifolds being used.
• Fire watch makes sure that the sparks does not fall outside the work area, and knows how to use a fire extinguisher if sparks create a small fire. Also water down area after the job is finished.
• Hole watchmake sure everyone complies with the safety rules entering into the confine space. Keep visual contact of all workers inside the confined space, use the horn, if needed, to communicate with the workers inside as well.

• HEADS II Program
• Deployed to multiple Forward Operating Bases (FOB) in Afghanistan and assigned to Mobile Training Team (MTT) servicing soldiers at Fort Campbell, KY and other locations in the Continental United States (CONUS). Specifically providing data collection and sensor troubleshooting support for the Head borne Energy Analysis & Diagnostic Sensor (HEADS) project. Responsible for logistically tracking sensors, collection of critical data, dissemination to managers and leadership, training of soldiers on the proper implementation of the sensors and repair/replacement of damaged sensors. Provide quick reaction support to soldiers and units in combat locations and directed by the unit commander.
• Train unit representatives on the proper installation, removal, data collection, and accountability of HEADS sensors.
• Work alongside Unit supply personnel to reallocate sensor to different users, regions and locations throughout the AOR.
• Track all RFI sensors using the HEADS RFI Equipment Tracking report while preparing soldiers and equipment for upcoming deployments and training exercises.
• Conduct Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) on sensors and associated equipment, systems and subsystems.

• PM IED-D/PF
• Deployed to multiple Forward Operating Bases (FOB) in Afghanistan supporting Product Manager Improvised Explosive Device Defeat, Protect Force (PM IED D/PF). Responsible for mechanical repair of over 150 battlefield damaged SPARKS II roller systems assigned to my area. Critical and time sensitive mechanical integration of roller systems onto multiple vehicle platforms. Quick reaction support to soldiers and units providing specialty repair techniques for sophisticated and complex machinery.
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical diagnostic functions to include checking continuity, reading voltage and ohms, hydraulic pressure checks and services and torque/tension tests on critical connection points.
• Adjust, maintain, and repair or replace subassemblies, such as roller suspension components, hydraulic shafts and seals, air and hydraulic brakes, using special tools.
• Repaired or replaced electrical systems utilizing multi-meters, Test Engine Diagnostics (TED), trouble codes, and alternate troubleshooting procedures.
• Conducted Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) on vehicle and roller components.
• Completed logistic reports, data downloads, real-time status updates and monthly status reports providing leadership with accurate standings of SPARKS roller systems assigned to my area of concern.

• Planned and coordinated the overall functions of a four (4) to twelve (12) man crew including schedule and mission mandated maintenance and repairs on over forty (40) varieties of commercial and military heavy vehicle and support equipment. Additional duties included directing workers and supervising expectations regarding safety goals and work practices.
• Daily activities include but not limited to:
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure maintenance work is satisfactorily completed to US DOT standards.
• Conduct engine repairs to include but not limited to replacement of starters, alternators, timing belts, batteries, carburetors, fuel/lift pumps etc.
• Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on all assigned vehicles: replace and service all filters, fluids, drive belts, air lines/airbags, brake system components, performed oil changes, tire rotations and fuel system modifications to increase fuel capacity.
• Dismantle drive trains, engines, transmissions and hydraulic systems to perform inspections, replace parts and service components.
• Performs setup, inspects, operates, maintains and repairs high pressure water blasting equipment and industrial equipment to perform properly cleaning equipment of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Using water pressure flows up to 60 GPM and pressures up to 8000 to 10,000 PSI
• Assessed the job scope conducted risk assessments and reported directly to the senior management equipment status. Attended production meetings and attended monthly safety meetings.
• Inspected equipment for wear, observed work procedures to ensure quality of work, estimated material and worker requirements ensure all personnel are OHSA and safety policy compliant.
