At Resource Billing and Consulting a career evolved over 19 years from a data entry medical biller to one of four top lead billers in the company appointed by the owner to overseeing a team, specializing in Mental Health Billing and County Contracts for the last 12 years. I spearheaded a team as a Medical Billing Specialist, enhancing revenue collection and efficiency through meticulous denial management and process auditing. I worked diligently over the years creating a working friendship with over 40 county contacts, this was necessary due to each county having different provider/group contract standards; by creating these relationships it ensured timely contract resolutions that results in optimal payment for the client.

Over the years I was in charge of multiple other clients creating strong knowledge of General Practitioner billing, ER Provider Billing, Pediatrics and SNF. Working on so many different types of cliental was wonderful because I am a very detail-oriented professional with focus on deadlines and was prone to create reports to keep track of A/R projects and meticulously balancing incoming payments to the clients bank statements.

I have expertise with multiple billing systems such as Kareo/Tebra, Waystar, E-Clinical and Calmed this has helped to navigate and deliver timely billing and revenue for multiple clients at one time.
