Responsible for advertising, training, record keeping, teaching, interviewing and hiring of assistants as needed. Also, facilitated testing and observations of children with suspected special needs, then coordinating the services for said children.

Worked closely with families and their children to provide the best experience possible in a daycare setting.

Front of store, I provided assistance with choosing products and presentations to satisfy their individual needs.

Also, answered phones, filled orders and prepped product for sale.
