As an operations specialist my job was to focus on the customers either by email or phone. Build relationships with different customers and companies to ensure potential sales. Schedule FTL, LTL and Rail loads. Maintain carrier and load information in our transportation system Navi.

I was responsible for stocking produce and maintaining inventory control. Load and unload trucks as they come in. Restock shelves answering customers calls. Display fresh produce with quality checks.

Take inbound calls from the pharmacy staff, help process prescription order data entry the order to make sure patients receive their medication in a timely manner.

Assisted in the development and helped drive the quality assurance program to prevent and eliminate defects in the product for our customers. Maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials in the process. Made sure my team had all of the training and equipment to be successful as possible. Responsible for maintaining all inventory and resin checks.

Handle all customer inquiries received by phone, fax, or email regarding test results. Document all call history in the required format and maintain complete and accurate records. Perform other duties as required to meet the medical staff needs. Utilized Microsoft office to record and track.

Responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls related to setting up specialty medications. Worked with medical staff to ensure patients receive their medication on time.
