I have a lot of experience in customer service. All ranging from tasks such as thinking fast on the spot, problem solving for customers, making sure that the needs of the customer are met while maintaining company integrity, safety, and mindset on the job. If perhaps don't know the proper way or how then I would do is to find the nearest manager to teach how to perform task at hand. If there is any down time between customers and such then I seek additional tasks to do while still enables to be available to help if customers do come in, whether it's swiping the floor, straightening labels, dusting, or just reading the job manual (if there is a manual).
