  • I was at Thomas L. Cardella for 6 months when I received a promotion to management. While in management, sales went up to 99.6% from 78.5 %. I am a motivator, employees under me expressed that I teach well so that they can understand and that I am strict but fair. They expressed that I was the best manger they had, had there and that they loved working under me. I always recognized all employee's efforts and achievements. While in a sales role there I always exceeded my sales targets and was the top sales associate for 6 months straight leading to my managerial promotion. I received 6 top salesman awards
