  • I am presently General Manager of this branch of a global residential cleaning service that has more than 400 locations.
  • In my office I am responsible for budgets, marketing, payroll and accounts payable and receivable, recruiting and hiring, delegating work to other managers, inventory and purchasing, customer relationship management as well as overseeing that all work is completed by all parties in a timely manner.
  • I am in charge of customer retention, customer correspondence as well as all vendor relations.
  • I am responsible for creation, upkeep and tracking of our numerous pages across the internet to build our brand, gain reviews and boost our listings online.
  • I am responsible for our community service and charitable giving efforts.

  • In March of 2003, with the help of a partner, I started a satellite installation company out of my home. Within two months we relocated to an industrial park.
  • I managed a variety of responsibilities ranging from researching prospective clients, making initial contact with customers for appointments, to negotiating contracts with clients from all over the country.
  • I provided customer service in scheduling appointments as well as quality monitoring and reporting following installations.
  • I managed the office, billing, payroll and dispatch of technicians.
  • I developed several systems for inventory control and purchasing.
  • In peak season (holidays, Super Bowl), we had as many as 20 independent contractors doing installations and two full-time sales representatives.

  • My primary responsibility was to maintain and build their donor database. This included entering new gifts, updating donor information, researching prospective donors, running standard daily, weekly and monthly reports to retrieve results on anything from the amount of donations to the number of new constituents.
  • I created Crystal Reports for special needs.
  • I was responsible for strategically categorizing each new donor or prospect into their respective category and tracking the level of contribution.
  • I was also responsible for donor acknowledgement letters and stewardship, all gifts records and mailings.
  • I contributed first-draft copy for annual fund and special appeals.

    I was the first to win this award and be inducted into the newly formed Open Heart Society. Recipients are recognized for their contributions to their communities and volunteer spirit to benefit the greater good.
