Duties included registering new patients and updating records in EMR ModMed/ EMA systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Verified insurance coverage, obtained referrals, meticulously documenting co-pays for accurate billing purposes, scheduling appointments, efficiently managing calendars, and coordinating with healthcare providers and patients to ensure optimal scheduling arrangements.

Shared classroom responsibilities for six 7th grade Science classes with a total of 200 students, in collaboration with Temple University’s M.Ed program. Duties included lesson planning, grading, lab equipment demonstration/setup/cleanup, creating activities based on state and federal standards, and attendance for students in each section.
