• I have been an Operations Supervisor in my current department for over 13 years. Responsibilities as an operation supervisor was to oversee direct staff and also the leads that had staff in the Loan Operations Department. We specialize in servicing booked loans on system. Did staff evaluations yearly. Coached staff when needed and supported them in all aspects. Also did escalations, researching, and helped with regular duties in the area such as closing accounts, giving fee waivers, researching customer’s questions on their accounts, Deceased maintenance, billing questions, insurance claim preparation for deceased, customers, various reports in the department regarding customer accounts. Assisting in answering calls from the call center regarding customers accounts.

I’ve also spent time at our branch. Started as a a teller to a service supervisor where I over saw seven tellers.

Ordered money for the branch, balanced the cashier checks did surprise cash counts solved problems with customer accounts, trained and coached tellers. Ran the branch when the Msnager was out.
