Daily responsibilities were returning missed calls/voicemails that our answering services handled overnight or weekends.
Dispatching, creating and supervising technicians' routes and work orders (Service Appointments, Estimates, Emergency Calls)
Send appointment confirmations via txt or calls, rescheduled appointments needed through Microsoft 360 Dynamics. Communicated with customers and contractors in regards of estimates, parts information & prices, warranty requests.

My daily routine consisted of receiving and monitoring inbound/outbound calls, chat, emails with customers who were experiencing automobile troubles.
Transfer calls to corresponding departments/dealerships.
