Monticello Health Care

I began this job as a Certified nursing assistant approximately in 2003 at a sister facility (Rosewalk Village in Lafayette, IN) and filled in as an out patient 50+ exercise facility located in the nursing home as an extension of marketing. I was then asked to take over full time in the position at Monticello Healthcare full time around 2006 (approximately.) I completed this job 3 days a week and the other 2 days assisted the marketer with community outreach programs and marketing in the community. The company offered 5 CNA's the opportunity to go to Collage to obtain an Licensed Practical Nursing degree free of charge (but maintaining 32 hours a week at the facility) and I was one selected. Upon this occurring I transitioned into a role of restorative nursing assistant through the program completion. I was the single employee to graduate with a degree through this program and in 2010 began my career as a floor nurse in a nursing role. I completed this until I gave birth to my 4th child and took a leave of absence in December of 2014 to spend time with my family.
