SHANNON BROWN, AUGUSTA UROLOGY, Laura was a vital member of our healthcare team. She possesses exceptional patient-care skills, strong command of basic medical procedures and terminology, well-organized and efficient. She is very eager to learn and hard working. She worked hard and was able to work steady and also multitask well without confusion or getting overwhelmed. At our practice, she did assist me as well as other physicians within the practice. She has the ability to make patients feel at ease and was she was always very caring, which made the patients comfortable. They loved her bubbly personality as well as the other employees of the practice. Laura was one of the finest medical assistants I have worked with throughout my career. I recommend Laura to any practice. I know she has the endowment to learn fast and also use the experience she has with the specialty clinics and succeed at any position given to her.
