• Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and HR regarding leave policies and procedures.
• Educate employees and management on leave entitlements, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, healthcare providers, and third-party administrators as needed.
• Monitor and track return-to-work dates, ensuring a smooth transition for employees returning from leave.
