I have trained multiple employees despite not being able to list history managing a team. My title has never been "Team Leader" but I do see that people on my level tend to gravitate towards me. Members of my team/department have historically come to me with serious questions about systems and processes, or about how they're struggling and what they should do. I tend to be the one people even on levels above me come to with issues hoping I can help with a solution. I have coached kids how to play softball, how to skimboard along the coastbut I really enjoy coaching people how to be confident and problem solve.
Part of my love for educating and supporting people is why I like to public speakit connects my confidence and desire to help others together.
Creative writing might just be my first love. I enjoy writing poetry, writing deep journal entries, and telling a story through powerful language.
