In my current role, I manage various aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring efficient and timely enlistments. I conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates to ensure they qualify for the job to include, their knowledge, skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.

I help coordinate interview schedules to verify smooth communication between candidates and the recruitment team.

To enhance the recruitment process, I utilize a variety of sourcing tools, such as our prescreening questionnaire, social media platforms, and networking events, to expedite hiring and improve the quality of candidates. I am responsible for managing the ND2000 forms and AF programs, as well as organizing meetings to support candidates in receiving their bonuses. My ability to manage multiple tasks, streamline processes, and maintain a high standard of professionalism positions me to succeed in this administrative role.

I have a strong background in emergency medical services and have developed critical skills in patient care, team coordination, and incident management that are highly transferable to an administrative role.

I have also led mass casualty training exercises, serving as Incident Commander, where I coordinated healthcare operations and resources under pressure. This experience has honed my organizational and leadership abilities, essential for managing operations and teams efficiently.

These skills in process optimization, leadership, and advocacy position me well for a role in administration, where I can contribute to improving operations and supporting team success.

Having a medical background will be essential to providing key insight for medical waivers, student slight processing, and deployment readiness.

I have gained valuable administrative and leadership experience through my work coordinating medical and operational efforts in my time as an Aerospace Medical Technician. I played a key role in managing logistics and supporting operations during the Arctic Eagle-Patriot exercise, where I was responsible for patient staging and evacuation coordination. Additionally, I contributed to the success of North Dakota's State Partnership Program with Ghana, where I handled both medical and leadership responsibilities, ensuring smooth collaboration between joint forces.

In a mentoring capacity, I guided new airmen in developing their leadership skills, while also overseeing the daily operations of medical teams to ensure efficient service delivery. I also promoted the Air Force by participating in a panel with over 100 students, focusing on career development and organizational leadership skills.

These experiences have enhanced my ability to manage complex tasks, streamline processes, and lead teams effectively—skills that are directly transferable to an administrative position.

I provide in-home therapy and support to individuals, helping them integrate into their communities and improve their overall quality of life. I collaborated closely with clients to establish personalized physical, social, and emotional goals, developing tailored strategies to help them achieve these objectives.

I also manage the administration and documentation of medication and physical therapy, ensuring accurate records were maintained to support consistent care. This experience allowed me to refine my skills in task management, coordination, and detailed record-keeping.
