  • Foster blooming and existing partnerships with educational spaces, community partners, and stakeholders for positive collaborations across programs and service delivery.
  • Ensure families are supported with a comprehensive experience and resources needed to achieve self-sufficiency, including but not limited to assistance with housing, asset building, and academic achievement; supporting an overarching goal of reinvesting an equivalent of $3,000,000 in increased income/economic resources for the community.
  • Coordinate the gathering and review of data to successfully reflect the impact of the department on monthly, quarterly and annual reports as internally and contractually required by CCNP and the Community Investments for Families Department of Los Angeles.

  • Oversaw and engaged with twenty staff members while fostering an environment that encouraged teamwork and creative problem solving.

  • For the duration of the first 8 months, served as the FamilySource Center Program Coordinator directly overseeing implementation of Westlake FSC contract
