• Provide diagnostic evaluations as well as individual or group therapy/consultation for students ages 5-20 with communication disorders such as articulation and phonological disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, fluency and voice disorders, vocabulary disorders, written language disorders as well as communication difficulties associated with spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, mild to moderate mental retardation, Down syndrome, seizure disorder, selective mutism, and emotional disturbance across four schools
• Also provide summer speech/language therapy services as well as whole group speech/language enrichment lessons to kindergarten-aged students through MSAD 3's Jump Start program
• Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, planning and executing speech/language therapy both individually and in group format, providing case management services for students with speech/language identification, writing progress reports, and attending IEP meetings for students
• Additional responsibilities include conducting weekly whole group communication building therapy sessions within two Life Skills classrooms in the form of 'speech lunch', providing weekly articulation/language lessons to two kindergarten classrooms at Mount View Elementary school, as well as providing weekly vocabulary enrichment classes to the Multi Age Resource Room (MARR) program
• As a staff speech pathologist, duties also include participating in district-wide kindergarten screening, scheduling speech/language therapy sessions for all students on caseload, as well as working closely with parents, regular and special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other therapists to set up and maintain students' programming

Provided diagnostic speech/language evaluations and treatment for children ranging in age from 2 to 5 both on-site at Waldo County Child Development Services as well as at local daycare and preschool settings during the summer months. Also provided direct and group speech/language services for children who were eligible to enter Kindergarten who received speech/language therapy upon entering public school. Responsibilities included conducting speech/language evaluations, writing diagnostic reports, planning and executing plans of care for children identified with speech/language disorders, as well as writing progress notes documenting individual progress and attending Early Childhood Team meetings to discuss evaluation results and report progress.

• Provided diagnostic evaluations and speech/language therapy/consultation for students ages 5-14 with communication difficulties across three schools (Captain Albert Stevens Elementary School, Gladys Weymouth School, Troy Howard Middle School)
• Also provided summer speech/language therapy services for eligible students in SAD 34
• Provided supervision services and expertise from 2003-2005 for graduate student clinician and well as for staff speech/language pathologist in order for her to obtain her Certificate of Clinician Competence from the American Speech/Language Hearing Association
• Responsibilities included performing diagnostic evaluations, planning and executing speech/language treatment, providing case management services for students with speech/language identification, writing progress reports for students, and reporting on student progress and status during Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team meetings
• Additional responsibilities included providing preventative services for five Kindergarten classes for 30 minutes per week in the areas of articulation and language development as well as working closely with teachers, special educators, literacy specialists, and other professionals at school to support students’ communication/literacy development within the school setting
• Further duties included planning, coordinating, and teaching a weekly class of language/literacy concepts for a small group of Kindergarten students, scheduling direct and group speech/language services for all students on my caseload, as well as participating in district-wide Kindergarten screening assessment
