• Cover flooring with drop clothes/ plastic. Cover countertops and furniture with plastic. In the case of just doing ceilings we cover the walls/ cabinets with platic.
• Pressure washing/ cleaning with bleach for prep work on an exterior job.
• For about 8 years I ran my own painting company working all around the triad, bidding and selling jobs. I worked along side my employees.
• Painting prep work for interior such as Sheetrock repair, mud and patch work; sanding, priming, etc. I do not tape. If you can’t paint with out taping lines you are not an experienced painter.
• Scaffolding was essential on many of my jobs.
• Skilled with working on 50 ft ladder with brush or roller and a 5 gallon bucket, I can carry and move my own ladder.
• I’ve worked with many different surfaces: done epoxy on tin roofs, oils, acrylics, etc.
• I do wood work as well and can stain or poly anything from furniture to decks baseboards and toe molding as well as install any kind of trim.
• I can caulk a room faster then anyone😝(new or old work)
• I’ll cut in ceilings/trim free hand and always keep the paint on the proper area…I appreciate a perfectionist but am a fast painter.
• I have great communication skills and am very capable of talking to customers when necessary.
• Maintained a clean and organized workspace, minimizing disruptions for clients during projects.

Flooring installer.

Prepping floors: ensure a perfectly level and smooth surface. Depending on the kind of floor I was installing, the prep work varied.

I’ve done real hard wood floors, floating floors, laminate, luxury vinyl planks, lots of Duro Cermaic( which requires embossing prior to installing floor typically to ensure a level smooth surface for pressure sensitive glue) grouted ceramic flooring. I’ve done lots of carpet repair jobs, I can seam carpet, do stairs, stretch carpet…etc.

I can rip out old flooring and repair any sub floor down to the floor Joyce’s.

I am very experienced using any kind of saw/ air compressors/ nail guns, etc.

I can install ANY trim work.
