When I first started at trulieve I was in Cultivation as a grow-tech
I would work in 'Harvest' where I would harvest Medical Marijuana
About a month and a half in I started helping out with the dry flower team, part of cultivation and there
There is where I learned how to curate the dry flower, I had watched it throughout the stage of the drying process
It was a team process, but they started to pull me aside to watch it more closely to see the flower more closely
I would watch and look for bud-rot and other red flags, while doing that I would run a moisture test on the flower before it went out to the lab for it to be tested by the PA regulations
Then after doing that for a few months, I moved to the oil production/post packing department
While there I was responsible for a couple of different things, { Ask for more information } But mainly I was responsible for properly weighing, measuring, and filling various types of medical marijuana derivatives into the appropriate container accurately and efficiently and maintaining the PA quality control measures to ensure a high quality product
I would fill concentrate jars with waxes, sugars, we would fill the tinctures and vape pen carts, some we manually filled by hand using a machine called the duke, and some we would fill using a C9 machine that automatically filled it
At the end we would label containers with the appropriate product labels and packaging them for shipping all while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility within the packaging area
