Tig weld, Mig weld, and Pulse weld. Working with mainly mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminized tubing.

Mainly working in a two or three person team being the fit up/ tacker, but also working individually on jobs as needed.

Following quality and weld standards in the WPS's

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Perform supervisor/ team lead duties when the lead is gone. Including but not limited to looking up and printing jobs sheets that are ready to weld. Find all components and fixtures to stage jobs for welders. Delegate jobs by skills and availability ( typically 8-10 welders and 2 air testers). Work with other leads, shipping, material handlers, and receiving to get work into and out of welding in a timely manner. Issue out all components for each job on the inventory system. Work with planners to adjust jobs as needed. Give daily updates on production rates and issues with management. Handle any other issues that may arise within the department.

I ran under water air testers up to 30 psi and also air decay tester. And large air tester up to 270 psi.

Ran robotic plasma cutter and robotic welders.

Some experience on CNC Mill operations

Originated in Packing department as trainer and back up lead.

Worked on Assembly line, doing various operations per job. Working with expanded metal, glue , urethane and filter paper making filters. Worked all stations making filters, using molds with urethane. Then labeling, packing in boxes, and palletizing. Working with material handlers to have right packaging and materials for jobs brought to line. Work in safe way , keeping a clean work environment with good housekeeping.

Perform customer service to bank members. Handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments with attention to details. Maintain a balanced drawer . Roll coin and other various tasks, Worked at various locations Black River falls main bank and motor bank, Hixton, Alma Center, and Merrillan.
