Conduct individualized assessments for students to determine continued eligibility or discharge from services.
Provide services to students in grades 1-5 virtually
Provide ongoing and updated documentation as needed for progress reports, evaluations, IEP meetings, and collaboration with other team members.
Collaborate with professionals in order to advocate for student needs to further ensure coordinated care and goal alignment
