My experience as a remote customer support representative and substitute teacher has given me an incredible range of various skills that each add uniquely to my professional portfolio. My adaptability, patience, and ability to successfully communicate with a variety of people has resulted in my ability to manage a variety of classroom contexts and unexpected challenges while serving as a substitute teacher. Likewise, working as a remote customer support agent has strengthened my problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and communication abilities. Together, these positions have strengthened my ability to adapt and perform well in fast-paced or changing environments.
