I played volleyball in my freshman year but later switched to track I excelled in track, receiving The Best Field Athlete Award in my freshman, sophomore and Junior years Also in my Junior year, I was a part of my school’s varsity girls 4x100 team that broke our school’s previous record I have gone to Southern California Division Pre-lims in both my sophomore and junior years representing my school’s track team These experiences have shaped me to learn to work with a team and do it well
During my high school years I have especially enjoyed the subjects of Language Arts, Biology, Physics and Geometry I took Chinese classes in my freshman and sophomore years

Throughout me high school years, I completed the sports medicine pathway offered by my school There, I worked side by side with an athletic trainer and our school athletes in the clinic There, I learned how to manage my time and work in stressful environments

My Hobbies include reading, making handmade cards for my family and friends on special occasions, cooking and baking (especially new ethnic foods), gardening and reading about architecture and interior design.

My teachers have frequently complimented me for my enthusiastic learning and sense of focus and determination.
