I currently serve as an EDT in the emergency department assisting with all nursing care in my scope of practice and assisting the nurses and Doctor's with any patient care and procedures.

Tier 1 Technician trained in all areas of the emergency department including Resus, Trauma, and Pediatrics. I serve as a preceptor for new technicians and as a preceptor for Ultrasound Guided IV Placement.

I helped open this new location in Nocatee as a server, and after a year of working there became the lead server and the head trainor for all new servers.

• Served food and beverages promptly with focused attention to customer needs.
• Worked with POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items.
• Collaborated with team members during busy shifts for efficient workflow and excellent guest experiences.
