Summary
I have always loved working with kids. I have been babysitting different families since I was 11 years old. When I was in middle school, I started a summer camp for kids in my neighborhood. That was my first time having a handful of kids to watch over while making sure they are entertained with a variety of activities. In high school, I was in a R.E.A.C.H program that would go to different Elementary schools to their fourth graders and perform skits about drugs/alcohol and making good decisions. Summer of 2023, I was a summer camp director and it was an amazing experience. As a camp director it taught me things student teaching did not. I learned how to manage your peers, budgeting for activities, and having disciplinary conversations with employees.
