March, 2021: Promoted to Assistant Director but was asked to continue to act as Interim Office Manager until a replacement was found. Assistant Director responsibilities consist of but are certainly not limited to:

  • Perform daily rounds to ensure facility and employee compliance to state regulations and company policy
  • Facilitate new Resident contract signing and assist residents and their families with logistics of their transition to community
  • Counsel and Re-educate employees when deviating from state and community policies
  • Oversee staffing and labor management

  • Inspecting rooms and apartments to ensure properly kept and meet company standards
  • Monitor department budgets and spending, devising and implementing processes and changes to improve P&L
  • Allocate budgeted capital expense funds for property improvements
