Lauren Landowski

I have been in competitive Dance for five years. During this time, I have volunteered by teaching classes to younger girls. I work together with an adult instructor and learned how to work as a team to teach the students. I also learned how to communicate with different personalities and I helped problem solve when students were not able to follow directions. I also volunteered at Cheney Ranch, which provides horseback riding lessons to people along with others, I would also help take care of the animals. The owner of this ranch Sally Cheney, helped me learn how to be kind to everyone because she made it a safe space for everyone to come. From these experiences I have learned work ethic, how to manage time, how to adapt to new surroundings, how to pick up instructions quickly, and how to be a valuable team member.

• I'm learning American Sign Language and know a lot of the cardinal signs
• I like to play pickleball and golf I'm in the pickleball club at Hagerty and I like to play golf with my father at Twin Rivers
