Greenview Regional Hospital Emergency Department

• Assessed patients of different acuity levels ranging from 2-5 Consulted with preceptor regarding testing, testing results, diagnosis, treatments, and proper referrals
• Utilized hospital charting system to write encounter notes that was signed off by preceptor

Fairview Community Health Center

• Primary care and OB/GYN clinical rotation took place at this large facility that is government ran for the underserved populations At this facility, care was provided to primarily Somali and Hispanic patients that were non-english speaking and new to the United States
• Due to the population being served, many patients were new to the Country and required through evaluation, workup and treatment leading to multiple new diagnoses, treatment plans, and education as well as follow-ups to monitor lab work and effectiveness of treatment During this Clinical rotation, patients were seen independently and patient encounter notes were written with evaluation, tests, diagnosis and treatment plan that was reviewed with the Preceptors

Northern Kentucky Pediatric Group

• Evaluated and provided care to Children ranging from newborns to 18 years old Assessed and educated patients and parents based on learning levels regarding diagnoses and treatments
