Summary

I am currently enrolled at the University of Colorado the Colorado Springs campus (online program) for my undergraduate and graduate studies in Early Childhood Education and Leadership. My first food industry job launched a new career path towards management; being named part of the management team as the Front of the House floor supervisor; and taking over “B.E. Os” – Banquet, Event, Order as the coordinator to provide revenue for the restaurant. I ventured out further with my customer service background and built my foundation in the Hotel Hospitality Industry at Chase Suite Hotels as the Sales manager; in the short time I had been a part of the team I had brought in multiple new companies into the hotel; also, under my care I had the opportunity of managing forty accounts; ranging from Government contracts to City contracts. Expanded my hospitality career I moved in the luxury resort at Lajitas Golf Resort as the F&B Front of House Manager and the Training Manager while tending in the Bar as a bartender, There I took inventory for the Front of the House and the Bar, completing LBW orders and creating new menus for seasonal sales and executing private events while working closing with Sales coordinators, the chef and the F&B Director. As the Training Manager I was working on - on with new hires to assure a strong worth ethic and set company standards; once onboarding and schedules were set up I personally trained new hires on the resorts POS system, while working closely with of departments of the resort to ensure the highest quality of customer service. Reliable Manager demonstrating high level of ownership and initiative. Possessing exceptional work ethic and desire to go above and beyond to exceed company expectations. Offering knack for building productive working relationships. Successful in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments to manage goals and team development. History of thriving in team-oriented environments.
