Accomplishments

Developed the Initial Response policies for use by reservation sales representatives in the event of an airline incident. Researched local hospital availability to determine how many trauma patients they can handle, secured EAP to be on site for the employees, and continued to provide frequent breaks, food, and drink. At the time I developed this policy (around 1994), we were unaware of any other airline that was proactive and had anything similar.
