Hello, My name is Lauren Osmond. I was born in Charleston SC, and went to high school in Lewisburg WV. While attending college at the University of Tennessee I continued a life long love of horse back riding when competing in the intercollegiate riding team. It was my love of horses that pursed my interest in to the Occupational Therapy Assistant program to become certified in Hippotherapy. After graduating from school I settled in Venice FL where I met and married my husband. My new career called me to the geriatric population where i have practiced as a Skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant for the last 11 years. I have passed on my love for horses to both my daughter who is six and my son who is two both take riding lessons. My husband who also works in the therapy field as a PTA is originally from Medford Lakes, NJ. We are relocating to the area from Florida this summer. I'm looking to continue and develop my career as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a new community.
