I facilitated patient appointment scheduling and handled inquiries with a high level of professionalism while accurately documenting all interactions in the electronic health record system. I managed incoming calls by directing them to the appropriate departments to ensure efficient service and collaborated closely with healthcare providers to share accurate information about available services. In addition, I trained new representatives on effective call-handling procedures and system use, resolved patient concerns promptly to improve overall satisfaction, and maintained up-to-date knowledge of university health policies. I also provided technical support to customers regarding company products and services.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I provided direct one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with developmental and behavioral needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I implemented individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to improve communication, social, and daily living skills. I collected and documented detailed behavioral data to track client progress and ensure accurate reporting in compliance with clinical guidelines. I also supported behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors while promoting positive reinforcement and skill acquisition. In addition, I collaborated with caregivers, educators, and clinical staff to maintain consistency in treatment and ensure each child’s developmental goals were effectively supported.

As an Aftercare Provider, I supervised and supported children during post-school hours in a safe and structured environment. I assisted with homework completion, encouraged positive social interactions, and helped reinforce classroom learning through enrichment activities. I maintained a safe and orderly setting by monitoring behavior, addressing conflicts appropriately, and ensuring adherence to program rules and safety guidelines. I also facilitated recreational and educational activities that promoted social-emotional development, teamwork, and engagement. In addition, I communicated regularly with staff and parents regarding student behavior, progress, and any concerns to ensure consistent support for each child.
