• Orchestrated Strategic Divestitures: Managed the divestiture of operations in Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Nevada, navigating interim periods between signing and closing in complex regulatory environments.
  
• Negotiated Exclusive DoorDash Partnership: Negotiated a strategic partnership with DoorDash for the launch of hemp-derived THC and CBD products, navigating rapidly changing regulatory landscape to establish an exclusive virtual storefront.

• Advised private equity companies seeking to raise capital on most efficient corporate structure.
• Assisted private equity funds through various cycles from formation and fundraising through growth debt and equity transactions.
• Determined appropriate joint venture and strategic alliance structures to achieve corporate objectives.
• Negotiated joint ventures involving the creation of new entities, cross-equity and minor equity investments, contractual collaborations, licensing arrangements, and marketing alliances.
