- Within my job duties I am an integral part of the Regional staff that handles panel interviews for District Managers, Store Managers and Commercial Managers.
- Help develop those panelists that get put into position on Operational processes which includes safety and procedural aspects to prevent shrink.
- Assists with supervising personnel assigned to the region and manages organizational issues within the company operations.
- Develop, monitor and interrupt key performance indicators (KPIs) and exception based reporting to help reduce loss, identify trends and root cause in high shrink locations.
- Direct, recommend and proactively communicate appropriate implementation of LP policies, practices and initiatives.
- Conduct LP investigations, either in person or via phone.
- Performs LP and safety audits on a regular basis to identify/correct issues that could cause the company substantial loss.
- Proactively monitor controls to identify employee theft through the utilization of POS exception reporting tools.
- Routinely visits stores to ensure field presence and participates in field meetings.
- Ensure losses of company assets are prevented, investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
