Trauma Training Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC) for the Colorado National Guard, my primary responsibility was to develop and implement training programs that prepared National Guard personnel to meet Air Force standards in trauma response. In this role, I leveraged my extensive knowledge of trauma care and my leadership skills to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of training exercises.

Performs timely and professional setups of advanced medical equipment, including ventilators, monitors, CPAP units, and oxygen systems. They provide in-home patient education tailored to individual needs, ensuring compliance with care plans and be company policies. Their responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, maintaining accurate and organized medical records in adherence to accreditation standards, and staying up to date on respiratory home-care techniques and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, and DOT guidelines. The specialist also provides on-call support, including weekends, responding promptly to patient and operational needs, while consistently representing the company with professionalism through patient care, documentation, and personal presentation.

• Under the direction of the Cardiopulmonary Manager, delivers quality respiratory care to patients from ages newborn through geriatric, including Cardiopulmonary services in the Critical Care areas.
