Admissions and discharges, patient daily assessments, frequent assessments of trauma patients, starting IV, accessing midline/PICC lines, medication administration, NG tube insertions, foley insertions, drain management, ADLs, assist in code situations, documentations, speaking with doctors and families

• Care for patients, assist with ADLs, assist with mealtimes, check vitals, check glucose levels, monitor I&O, chart on care of patients, assist other staff when they need help with a patient

• Care for the elderly, assist resident with bathing, serve meals, assist with eating and drinking, toileting, charting, administering medication, blood glucose checks, simple wound dressing changes and cleaning

• Observe and assist with the nurse’s daily tasks, place foleys, discontinue IVs, give injections, assist in med passes, hang IV fluids and meds, head to toe assessments, focused assessments, admission and discharge paperwork, charting, bed baths, assist with patient hygiene, and transfer patient using a lift

• Care for the elderly, assist residents with bathing, toileting, deliver meals to residents, bed changes, and charting
