• Assist families, counties, and other agencies who call to navigate their Basic 245D Waivered Services programs.
• Monitor and manage, as needed, general Basic 245D department email account and phone line.
• Communicate with counties and families daily to coordinate services.
• Maintain program required documentation, including processing of Basic 245D Annual and Intake paperwork.
• Conduct Basic 245D Sixty Day Service Evaluations.
• Coordinate service delivery with other members of the Accra Basic 245D Waivered Services team, as well as other Accra departments.
• Explain sometimes difficult concepts, including Direct Support Staff employment and timecard processes, verbally or in writing, to families and coworkers
