I worked directly with Ecolab corporate management and the customer’s corporate leadership to determine targets and report back monthly. I also fully surveyed the different departments to optimize their chemical usage while maintaining the highest quality.

  • I was selected to be a liaison between the Production Manager and the Packaging Manager. My main responsibility was improving the quality of the cheese ripening. I participated on a daily basis in the testing of the new cheeses and tracked assessment results. I was responsible for the sanitation of the area and was one the on-call managers during the weekends for the whole plant. The plant was over 180 people and I managed 10 people directly.
